As per booking policy
Upon booking a small deposit is taken which will secure your appointment. This is fully refundable provided you cancel 48 hours in advance if it is under 48 hours it is non returnable.
Patch tests for tinting must be carried out 48 hours prior to the treatment.
Upon arrival please text and I will let you know if I am ready for you.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 mins late, I may not have time to complete the treatment and will therefore have to re book your appointment.
Cancellations
if you have to cancel your appointment please do so at least 48 hours before. If not the booking fee will be non returnable and upon your next appointment you will be expected to pay 50% of the cost upfront at booking.
Payment
Can be made by card on the booking system or by bank transfer or cash. This must be before leaving at the end of your appointment.
Advertising permissions
You agree that I can take photographs of my work to show on social media and in advertising of my business. This will be discreet unless you state you are happy for your name to be used etc.
Aftercare advice
You will be given all suitable aftercare during and at the end of the treatment, a leaflet will be given for you to take away and follow carefully. This will ensure longevity of your treatments and prevent damage or reactions etc.
However, adverse reactions can happen at any time after a treatment and you must contact myself immediately for advice and guidance, the therapist will not be held responsible.
Not all nail systems suit all clients, their nail conditions or lifestyles. So advice and expertise will be given to find the correct system for the customer. Repairs will not be carried out free of charge unless they occur less than 48hours after the treatment.
Age and suitability
Nail services are ideally not carried out on any person under tha age of 16, unless as a one off for school prom etc. I will need written consent and parental/guardian consent and they will need to be accompanied.
16-18 parental/guardian consent required.
Maintenance
It is important that you adhere to advice that nail aftercare should be 2-3 weeks after the initial service or other issues can occur. I will not be held responsible for these issues. Longevity of the nails will not be very good and the natural nails can also become susceptible to damage and health problems.
Refunds
All sales of Beauty Or nail treatments are final and will not be eligible for refunds. If you are unhappy with the service please contact myself to discuss within 48 hours.
Client declaration
By booking and attending your appointment you are agreeing to all the Terms and conditions and Booking policy set out.
The therapist will carry out treatments to their highest standards and knowledge using high quality professional products but can not guarantee that a reaction or contra action may not occur during or after and the therapist can not be held responsible or at fault.
You are agreeing that you will adhere to aftercare rules and advice given by the therapist After treatment.
